This annual competition seeks to acknowledge the BEST DIPLOMA PROJECT in architecture and to recognise the highest level of design knowledge and skill employed in addressing three influential themes of architectural design:
- approach to problem solving
- social and environmental awareness (responsibility and resilience)
- innovative response and originality
The competition is organized by the University of Architecture and Urbanism Ion Mincu (UAUIM), the European Association for Architectural Education (EAAE) and the Architects' Council of Europe (ACE).
