The “Ion Mincu” University of Architecture and urbanism will host on Tuesday the 7th of February the launch event of the Marie Curie Alumni Association Romanian chapter. Marie Curie Alumni Association is the association of alumni and current researchers which benefitted by a Marie Curie scholarship of the European Commission. The association was founded in 2013 and is enjoying the financing of the European Commission. Among the alumni of the "Ion Mincu" University of Architecture and Urbanism who are members of the association are Maria Bostenaru Dan (organizer) and Ileana Apostol. The Romanian chapter will edit also a booklet with the portraits of the members to make known the scholarships in Romania, a goal of the association. Future events, discussed at this internal meeting, will include the participation of large public to information.

On the occasion of the meeting and to make accessible to a large public the results of the European COST action Renewable energy and landscape quality, to which from Romania there are partners the "Ion Mincu" unviersity and the University of Bucharest, the travelling exhibition will open in the hall of the Ist floor in the old building. The exhibition can be seen 6-10 February 2017.
