- Fișa disciplinei:
- FI-D PID-51 Activitati practice.pdf
- Department:
- Interior Design and Design
- Course Leader:
- Bogdan Radu
- Learning outcomes:
- • Knowing rapid prototyping technology available for the first time in Rome and at the global level.
• 3D digital core area where three-dimensional printing technology is required.
• Create a three-dimensional model prototype using 3D printing technique in the machetaj laboratory at UAUIM.
• View the creation of an alternative industrial printing prototype (stereolithographs) – in the Renault Technocentre design center – Titu/Buftea
- Content:
- Practical activity assumes the presence of rapid prototyping techniques, at the most available for example (3D Printing - 3DP, Selective Laser Sintering - SLS, Stereolithography - SLA, Fused Deposition Modeling - FDM) and which methods have never reached the world level (Laser engineering net shaping -LENS) are considered depășite (laminated object manufacturing – LOM).
Practice covers the process of building a primary RP lens, with detailed projection equipment generated by shooting in this method the digital projection area in a 3D program being studied.
- Teaching Method:
- - Explain the theory to an example of digital model construction compatible with the RP technique studied.
- practice modeling in the UAUIM laboratory
- spoil the Institutul de Mecatronică
- visits the Renault Design Technocentre
- Continue training for a period of time to carry out studies.
Other teaching procedures: conversation, problematizarea, expunerea, explicația
- Assessment:
- Please participate in all the activities and activities in the laboratory. Evaluate the compatibility of individual digital models with rapid prototyping technology available in the UAUIM laboratory.
