- Content:
- • Eligible activities are organized by and within the UAUIM or by the UAUIM teaching staff.
• To encourage institutional participation and representation in activities, events, and actions of a professional nature, activities organized by other forums and institutions that are compatible with the strategy of development and increased visibility of the Faculty of Interior Architecture are also eligible.
• To support students' continuing professional development, proven activities are also eligible.
• The list of eligible activities is set out in the Annex, which forms an integral part of this Regulation. As appropriate, the list of eligible activities may be supplemented by Annexes to this Regulation.
- Teaching Method:
- • The promotion of the discipline implies obtaining the number of credits included in the curriculum of the study program. Thus, students must participate in activities organized within the University of Architecture and Urbanism "Ion Mincu" (UAUIM) by the Faculty of Interior Architecture or partnerships in which the institution is involved, respectively activities that are recognized by FAI as relevant to the professional training of students.
• The activities must be carried out in correlation with the current academic year, i.e. the interval between the end of the previous year's June-July session and the current year's June-July session until the time of the evaluation.
- Assessment:
- • The evaluation and awarding of credits is done by a committee of three FAI teaching staff, including the holder of the subject, on the basis of the student's attendance record.
• For the eligible activities listed in the Annex to the Regulations, in order to be assessed and awarded credits, the student must submit an activity report (in the form of an A4 file/portfolio) in the form of an interview during the examination session.
• The dossier presented during the examination must prove both the student's participation and the quality of his/her research activity by means of credible and authentic documents (diplomas, certificates of participation, signed statements by curators, tutors, images/documents taken from the Internet with the date, details of the event, etc.) and will contain a brief description of each activity carried out, specifying the professional benefits obtained. It will also be ensured that the total number of hours related to the activities coincides with the equivalent number of credits awarded for the subject (25 hours x no. of related ECST credits).
• The handing in of the file will be done on the day of the interview, according to the timetable of the examination session.
• Activities for which credits are awarded in other subjects or in practical activities in the curriculum are not equated.
• Only activities related to the specializations of architecture, interior architecture, design, heritage conservation and restoration are not equated.
