- Familiarizing students with the concepts and basic notions of strategic planning.
Knowledge of how strategic planning processes are implemented at territorial level, in Romania and in other countries of the European Union.
Learning techniques and methods of analysis, programming, evaluation and team work, in the field of territorial strategic planning.
Understanding and applying an integrated strategic planning approach in a given territory, from analyzing the existing situation to proposing an action plan.

Practical themes and exercises:
1. Spatial representation of a territorial diagnosis.
2. SWOT analysis.
3. Identifying problems and defining strategic objectives.
4. Devloping the strategy (case study-based exercise).
5. Developing the action plan (case study-based exercise).
6. Logical Matrix Framework (LMF).
7. Final presentation - practica themes and exercises.
