- Learning outcomes:
- Applying theoretical and practical knowledge acquired during the first 3 semesters regarding documentation, research and multi-criteria analysis methods within a highly complex territorial project.
- Content:
- The project includes 2 phases:
Phase 1:
- Choosing the study area, documentation;
- Conceptual map to determine the necessary territorial analyses according to the chosen study theme;
- Documentation and database creation;
- Territorial analyses.
- Finalizing and presenting phase 1 of the project (preliminary)
Phase 2:
- SWOT analysis;
- Sectoral and global syntheses;
- Identification of stakeholders;
- Formulation of preliminary diagnosis;
- Integration of phase 1 feed-back;
- Finalizing and presenting phase 2 of the project (final).
During the project, students apply models and methods of research, analysis, synthesis and diagnosis specific to territorial / regional planning and practice the correct and appropriate use of specific terminology relating to integrated planning, territorial cohesion, territorial capital, functional areas, partnerships and territorial governance.
