- Learning outcomes:
- The study integrated urban and landscape envisages the following objectives:
1. Making a unitary project will be sensitized to the presence of urban elements and major limits by studying existing and potential Green System green spaces in city
2. Town and its specific vocation Analysis (Studies on historical plans and subsequent development of PUG), so the evolution / involution percentage and quality of green spaces and specific landscape
3. Cultural Landscape radiography elemenetelor specific locality and integration into future development generated by PUG town
4. The study of extending the system of green spaces in urban and unincorporated creation and enhancement of "green where" the ecological role, representative, aesthetic, decorative, protective, sports, entertainment and leisure, etc.
5. Establishment of zones, subzones and territorial units of reference (UTR) of different types of green space necessary ecological, functional and protection of the natural landscape and man-made (built).
6. Integration within PUG (comic songs and plays written) of green space and landscape elements defining the future development of a locality ecologically healthy and work
7. Targets, actions, priorities and integrated regulation, focusing on green areas, applying special regulations on land use valence of green space and the organization overall landscape of the PUG compelxe urban settlements.
8. Develop and permissiveness restrictions intervention and intervention groups to support protection and development of green spaces but different categories, leading to increased quality of life and environmental protection of natural and anthropogenic elements.
9. Practice individual and in teamwork
- Content:
- The project has as its object of study, research and reglementation of The GREEN SYSTEM in the general urban plan of a locality and urban settlement and landscape subzones of different types of green spaces. Lies in the space theme concerns the rehabilitation and establish intervention strategies for exploitation of potential functional aesthetic of existing green spaces and proposed integration of new green spaces in a city.
- Teaching Method:
- Presentation of case studies, individual discussions at the workshop, criticism panel, the space group net portal virtual exchange of ideas between students.
- Assessment:
- By assessing plans/models - collectively -25% -individually 50% , ongoing activity-25%, and appreciation of the work completed in the jury.
